Chicken Croquettes + Lemon-Parsley Sauce

Lots of steps, but not a lot of flavor. From Cuisine Tonight, these Chicken Croquettes + Lemon-Parsley Sauce were like chicken pot pie in a patty. Even though it was a great idea for a weeknight dinner, I didn't quite enjoy it so much. I did like the lemon-parsley sauce, however, in which it helped the dish along. Maybe someone can make these and let me know what you think! Maybe I did something wrong...?!?!?!
